Myself and housemates lived in a Lithend house for 3 years, and i highly recomend them! Everybody in the company is friendly and happy to help, a great place to live whilst your at uni!

Although I only lived in a Lithend house for one year, it was definitely a good decision. They were always quick to get round the house if they were needed and the house that we had was lovely. If you treat them as friends, they will do the same to you :)

I have been living in Lithend houses for the past 2 years and would like to thank the team for the job they do. They are such a better deal then most student living in Winchester. The team are really friendly and sort out any problems pretty quickly. Thank you all.

Last year when we were looking for a house we found this one and absolutely loved it. We managed to get in contact with Lithend right away who gave us contact details so that we could view it. After visiting the house we decided that we wanted it and with one email we made sure that we had secured our future house. Since living here we have had a few minor problems, but that happens with all houses, but every problem we have had has been quickly fixed or sorted out. The staff are always really friendly and inform us about work before it will happen so that we are aware when to expect them. Overall a really great experience. Thank you Lithend!

It looks like it''s been a while sinse anyone posted a comment on here so I''ll pop one in. The Lithend lot are brill. They come within mins of calling and are so helpful and friendly. The house was an utter state before Lithend got their hands on it, now its stunning. Couldnt ask for a better lot to look after us I have got some serious love for Lithend Estates!

We love Lithend! The maintenance team are really good especially Mike,who cannot do enough for us! Communication with the office is very good and friendly. All in all we could not wish for a better house or landlords.

Lithend are a lovely bunch of people! Anna and Ian are mega friendly and the maintenance team...well they''re certainly something special. Although they take the mick outta me it''s all good cause they''re great fun and are quick on the mark with any problems we have. (Even if I have become known as the tea girl!) The house is nice and spacious and Lithend were great with building an extension onto one of the bedrooms to ensure it was big enough for one of our housemates. This meant we all had enough room, even if I did run out of tea bags frequently! All in all, Lithend are a brill group of people to rent from, and I''d reccomend them to anyone!
